I'm just guessing but our friend SLAWELP is a man of few words, make
that zero words. He may not speak Engish. If I get it right this
chart shows pivot dates from 1940 to 1941. I'm not sure which year
the chart is from it doesn't look like 28 nor 40 and its not 2000.
