Tom,
     I think you are on the right track (another way of saying you agree with
me <G>), You may remember my post about a week or two ago concerning all the
Y2K hedges that will have to be
unwound next week. One of the markets I mentioned was Crude Oil and the energy
complex.
In addition to this, there is the weather factor, i.e. La Nina is forecasting a
warmer than normal
winter for the northern states. I also agree on the grains (particularly
Soybeans) and Cotton. I have the spread on: Long Soybeans, Cotton, & Sugar,
Short Crude Oil.
