Hi RTs,  

If any RT want to creat his/her own web site, you need to find a web
host first.  Finding a decent web host may be tricky.  Remember to read
"Terms of Services" and all the fine prints before you sign up.  

I check Xoom.com's Terms of Services.

I found these:  

"You grant to XOOM.com and its affiliates a  royalty-free, perpetual,
irrevocable, nonexclusive,
    worldwide, unrestricted license to use, copy, modify, transmit,
distribute, and publicly perform or display the  submitted pages or
other content for the purposes of
 displaying such information on XOOM.com's sites and
for the promotion and marketing of XOOM.com's
 services. XOOM.com disclaims ownership of member
sites and will not resell or otherwise convey these
 rights to any third party.  "  

The above statement pretty much surrenders your copyright to Xoom.com. 
If this is no problem for you, then you may sign up.   

The above is my personal opinion.  Any personal opinion is subjective. 
You need to investigate yourself before you sign up.  Xoom.com offers
unlimited web space and some may find this offer very attractive.
