LOWRISK.COM INVESTOR SENTIMENT SURVEY

Below are the results of our weekly "Guess the Dow" sentiment
survey. The survey was taken from 12/6 through 12/11 on the
Lowrisk.com web site.
Number of participants: 389
30 day outlook:
49% bullish, 43% previous week
31% bearish, 37% previous week
21% neutral, 20% previous week
(percentages may not sum to 100 due to rounding)
Investors grew more bullish last week in a down market. Bullish
sentiment rose 6% to end at 49%, while bearish sentiment dropped 6%
to 31%. Neutral sentiment stayed almost unchanged. With the Dow
falling 61 points (and the SP500 falling 16+ points) this rise in
bullish sentiment is a bit surprising. It leaves us thinking that
the bulls might have some bad news coming before the holidays, at
least on a short term basis.
