I purchased a historical S&P data disk from TickData in April 98. It had a
lot of 0 ticks and missing bar data (maybe, I had a bad disk). I was very
disappointed... it was $360. I called them three times and left messages
with tech support and never got a return call. So I made do with what I had.

Recently they were bought out by a trader who improved their software and
said he cleaned up the data. I called (703) 757 1370 the new owner and
immediately talked to a real person instead of voice mail. He was very
helpful and friendly. The guy told me about the improvements, so I upgraded
my historical data. The next day, I received the new disk. It works
wonderfully and doesn't seem to be missing any price data. I am very happy
with Tick Data.

Hope this helps,

Howard
