Over the years I've witnessed a steady degradation in the quality of service
from Lombard to the time they were bought out by Discover and recently when
Morgan Stanley Dean Witter took over Discover.
The past two weeks have been sheer hell at MSDW.
To add insult to injury MSDW elected to raise commission rates.
This chap is actively looking for another online broker.
Suggestions please.
