JER, No, my briefs are cotton. However, the major cycles indicate that
there will be a copper rally in the first quarter of 1999. I have been long
for many months and will continue to hold if sideways, accumulate at lower
prices, or reduce my position on a sizeable rally. But, I do think time is
running out on the downside before the big rally comes. Once the big rally is
underway, Look for a 20-30% up move in prices from the low swing price, i.e.
if 65 cents is the low then my target = 84.5 cents. .

Non-ferriously,

Norman

P.S. Gann got "spiritual" toward the end of his life after he assesed the
trail of ruin he left behind among his family, friends, partners, and
students. Unfortunately, it was probably too little too late.
Gann was mathematical market whiz but his huge ego and personal drives turned
his personal relationships into a road of ruin. Material accumulation and
painting everything purple doesn't guarantee happiness.
