Earl,
Granted, all that you say.  My point is that Clinton may be slick enough to
weasal out of this.  It now appears that Flint  (1Mil) may get more  "bang
for his buck" than Starr(45Mil).  One Republican Senator (Livingston), and
leader, down.  How many more to go? Only trying to figure this thing out and
how it will play out in the market.
