Which online, internet services provide the spread on the Snp
Futures/Cash as part of their basic package. I am interested in what
services do not require you to subscribe to Futures as an additional
entitlement. I seem to remember that signal used to have a symbol $PREM
included with their index's that did this and ADP used to have SPRD. Does
BMI or PCquote offer something like this?

Thanks
