You can get back data by sending an e-mail to ftpmail@xxxxxxxxxxx, specifying in the message body the text: "Get Quote-page mmddaa.htm", so if you need data of all contracts of april 13, 1997, you have to send the following message: "Get Quote-page 041397.htm", and they will send you an HTML file with all data required. Unfortunately, Pitstar FTP server data only goes back to august 1, 1995. In any case, it helped me to face a problem similar to the yours.
