Has anyone experiencing using own data ver. 2.6

Hi there,

A has got own data 2.6 aiming to use it with TS 8.5. He asked me to help him
loading the data into TS. I followed the exacted instructions as shown at
the online help, but TS does not detect the data. I have tried everything. 
I also followed the instructions of the support service with the same
result, no chart, no data detection.

Is there anything else the needs setting up??
