Forex, futures, cfd's some brokers offer MT4 for free
with bridges to their platform

coding systems(Expert Advisors or Scripts) is a bit
long winded but you can issue multiple orders across
multiple symbols when a portfolio condition is met -
- you can't do that in TS without using dll's
