Custom Lists in TS 8.3

Is there an easy way of making up a custom list of markets for analysis in
TS 8.3?  Seems like a real pain when your markets are all in different
directories.  And once a list is made, how then do you scroll through them?
In TS2000i it used to be easy.  That ease seems to have been taken away for
some reason in TS 8.3.
