Here's what happened:
There were two new releases, at 913 and 922. The 913 news was interpreted
by the market as positive since BSC was getting bailed, and the stock
rose. However 10 minutes later BSC put out the 922 press release
confirming the funding arrangement but disclosing that their liquidity
position had deteriorated in the last 24 hours.
