Microsoft Keyboard F Key problem

Just wondered if anyone has experienced a problem with Tradestation
not responding when you press F3 or other hot keys? Seems I
have the same issue on 2 different computers as neither one recognizes
the F keys (same type keyboard on each- Microsoft Wireless
Multimedia). Using TS 8.2 build 3896.
