Multicharts claims to be able to use TS8 data (and a bunch of other data
suppliers) and automate trades to IB. No personal experience with how
well it works. They have a free 30 day trial and a lifetime license is
$900 which is a heckuva lot cheaper than TS2K was back in the day.
