Thanks everyone...I received a lot of help on this.  Finally, after running around deleting the contents of every TEMP
folder I could find...with no success...I came across  C:\TEMP.  Included inside was the setup.ini file from my recent
installation of the TS2000i sp4 upgrade.  Perhaps deleting that was what did it.  I had immediate success!
