Trade Time (TT) in QuoteMonitor

I'm using 2Ki with eSignal.

My QuoteMonitor TradeTime (TT) is formatted for hh:mm:ss.  The seconds do
not register. The GENERAL tab for FORMATTING TT FOR ALL SYMBOLS has a check
in the box for Update on every tick.

Anyone know why seconds are not registering or how it can be fixed?
