There are some threads/discussions/arguements on the TS 8 forum on  this. I
don't recall any differences between 2000/SP but I didn't pay that much
attention. And it seems like there is a setting in win for recognizing more
mem. It might be worth having a look.

I do recall that no 32b windows process can use more than 2g.
