Re: TS4 runs much better on a P3

Ron Augustine brought to my attention something that may not have been clear
in my post.  The reason TS4 must run all on one processor is because it is a
16 bit program it must run in an NTVDM (NT Virtual DOS machine) and the
NTVDM - not the TS4 program - would be assigned to a single processor.
