Bob,

Do you assign the GlobalServer to one processor and TS charting to
another? Or all TradeStation related programs to one processor and
other programs to the second processor?

I recently aqquired a dual core AMD processor and am experimenting
with running TS 2000i on it.

Thanks,
Hinton

Barry,

As I've said on this list before and users have to try it to believe it, the
best of both worlds for running TS4 is a dual P3 where TS4 can be assinged
to run on one CPU and the other CPU can run the standard stuff. Running
either a HT CPU or the newer dual core CPU should provide similar results.
The secret is to give TS4 a "whole" CPU to run on.
