I don't believe if they moved any information from your computer to theirs, that could be considered of value to you and outside of ethics boundries, they would be in business very long. If you spot them doing it then go for it blow them away.

When the TradeStation platform is running on-line, the
firewall is configured so that it allows data exchange
from TradeStation network to your computer and from
your computer to TradeStation network. How can you be
sure that the data that comes out of your PC is not
your EL code? If you check your firewall logs, the
amount of data that comes out of your PC to
TradeStation is comparable to what comes in. What is
supposed to come in is price data, but what comes out?
