It draws text at the default text size and color.

So on any chart, manually add some text using the drawing tools. 

Then click on that text and format it the way you want your text to look and select "set default" on each tab. This will set the default to the new settings. 

Now when you plot text in EasyLanguage, it will plot as you want it.
