EasyLanguage is trademark, but it is not patented technology. So there is no legal issue.

MultiCharts is commercial software, but it is the first one that is able to translate EasyLanguage scripts to DLLs and execute it efficiently.
According to tests, 2289 scripts of the test suite of 2410 scripts have been compiled without the user's interference.
