Dear Carroll:
Thanks for the heads up on the Win2000 patches. I have been having a lot
of problems since installing them.
However, when I uninstalled KB840987, TS4 server wouldn't start. TS2K was
fine.
Upon reinstalling KB840987 and one new additional update, TS4 is working again.

I've been working with a MS technician and have determined that KB840987 is
the cause of some, and perhaps all, of the reported problems. The tech
states that it is OK to uninstall KB840987 and leave the other two installed
(even though the add/delete program function will warn you that deleting the
one may cause problems with the other two). The problems MAY be due to
incompatibility with older versions of some Norton software such as Norton
Internet Security or Norton Antivirus.
