Jimmy,

That's the beauty of a DOS boot, there are no protected Windows files to
worry about.  I'm running XP Pro with a dual boot to DOS - yes, I'm running
FAT32 on all drives but Ghost should be able to backup NTFS also.  The
DOS/USB driver and the Ghost backup software that I use should fit on a
floppy or you can burn a DOS boot CD if that is more appealing.
