Displaying GS Stock data

Has anyone come across this before? Maybe it's a well-known problem but 
I've only just discovered it.

I collect eSignal stock data for some Dow Jones stocks. I try to plot 
this in TS and the daily bars work fine - I have a few months of data. 
However, if I try to plot, say 10 min bars or any other x-minute bar, I 
only get a couple of days in the chart.

Is this a known problem? Is there a fix?
