Internet Explorer Error on Start...

I have recentlu updated my system with the latest MS security updates for Win
2000...Since then I get this error messager when I hit the shortcut on my
desktop...

Error : ..."Cannot Find 'file:///C:/WINNT/s.htm'.Make sure the path or internet
address is correct"....

Also when I start Win 2000, I get and error box poping up saying I get an error
with the 'copy function'....

Any ideas....Thx in advance
