For me, I wouldn't do it for speedup, I'd do it only for security
if I was selling stuff that I wanted to protect from prying
eyes.  Writing code as a DLL seems more secure than TradeStation's
encryption-protection -- and with a DLL I don't have to remember a
password to get at my own code.
