creating RS charts in Tradestation, can it be done?

Is is possible to load multiple symbols and view relative strength by 
scrolling back to any date? What I had in mind is what stockcharts.com does. 
Here is a sample link. You can do 9 symbols here and use the slider to 
include dates back about 3 years.

Can Tradestation do this?
