Tracking Center in TS2000

The Tracking Center in my TS2000 used to work.  Can't recall when it quite
since I never used it much.  Now when a new order is generated a Tracking
Center window can't be created.  Here is the sequence of events;
"New Active Order - Go to Tracking Center - Create one - Failed to create
object.  Make sure the object is entered in the system registry."  Anyone
know if it is possible to get the Tracking Center working again without a
complete reinstall as everything else works just fine?  Where in the
registry is the error message referring to and what should the registry
entry be?
