How do you get lists of files in cab files

Please excuse the different topic, but does anyone
know where or how to get a list of what files are
contained in the Windows cab files?

I had a virus and had to delete some files.
My system now can't find ttfloads.vbs

I could use extract, but you need to know if that file
is in a particular cab file.

I have no idea where the original file is located.

(You would think that MicroSoft would tell you via a
search, but, since I am using Window ME, their support
is close to TS)
