How long is a piece of string ? The costs depends on what you try to get
out of a piece of software, how you try to get there, how many people are
in the development team and how much money you spend testing.

Could be anywhere from a one-man team to a multimillion dollar
project. The website doesn't really say enough about the innards of the
software to hazard a decent guess. Which may or may not be intentional.
