Hi Clive,

                It sounds like you might have some spy-ware on your
computer. I'd use AD-Aware (http://www.lavasoftusa.com) to try and get rid
of this pop-up, and then use Ad Muncher (http://www.admuncher.com)  to
prevent  it from showing itself on your system again.
