What is the EZ Language code for generating the first - AND ONLY THE FIRST -
PaintBar after that PaintBar's close is:

1)    Higher than a previously-coded PaintBar for entering a Bull trend, and

2)    Lower than a previously-coded PaintBar for entering a Bear trend.
