After double checking IB confirmed that they issue 0.7 seconds snapshots of
the marketdata (bid/ask/last). It used to be 1 second and they are looking
into it to bring it down from the current 0.7 seconds.
But no real substitute for a data vendor (and I guess IB doesn't want to be
that).
