security alert : new cummulative patch for IE

Microsoft just released a NEW cumulative patch that fixes security flaws in Internet Explorer 6.0, 5.01 and 5.5.  The new security vulnerabilities include:

* Cross-site scripting
* Disclosure of confidential information
* Privilege management within a security zone
* Download management

Outlook Express users should know that OE uses IE to display HTML content.

CAUTION: There are reports that the patch breaks JavaScript for IE6 users, and there is NO uninstall available for this patch.
