moving around in a chart window

Hi

Does anybody know how to jump to specific date and time in a chart window.
I'm looking at a chart of 5 years of 15 minute data and would like to jump
to a specific date. And the moment I'm just scrolling using the shift and
tab keys which is pretty tedious if you looking for a specific date
