I/O % TS 4 server

I need your assistance.

Is there any way to optimize this buffer so that it does not run at 99% of 
the time?  Is there a limit to how many realtime stocks / futures you can 
collect?  I also notice that TS starts to freeze up after a while.

When things are running well it is as fast as any internet quote, when the 
I/O is pegged then it seems to lag.

I have a PII 350 with 384megs ram
Digi serial card
Data via bmi cable
ATA 100 card for a 7200 rpm 40 gig hd

I run Mpower to optimize ram
Does saving the ticks faster or slower than 10 min help.
I do not collect news nor run any other apps.

Looking for solutions. Please email me direct and the group, since I get the 
digest version.
