For TS6 where is the data?

When running with TS6 and I get a 'Waiting for data' message...
where is the data? With TS2000i I know through the global server
the data is on my local hard drive, but in TS6 it always comes from
Omega? There is no local buffering of the data in TS6?

This also relates to my question a few minutes ago. If the data
comes from Omega anyway, then why can't I get it for simulated
real-time testing on the weekends (and holidays)?
