your installation sequence failed.
without NTLDR you cannot boot into Win2K.
solutions,
if you have the win2k upgrade (tough luck case),
you need to install win95 again, then launch the
win2k upgrade CD WITHIN win95 to correctly update your OS.
You cannot do it outside of win95 otherwise it
could skip some steps.
if you have the win2K full version CD (good luck case),
just use the floppy boot disk from the package to
clean format the HD and install a fresh copy of Win2K.
