One of the SW programs in S&C mag , in traders tips - where you get to read
and apply some code - is TechniFilter. Perhaps there is a site like
www.purebytes.com that have postings re: the software and language.
Anybody know ??
I am yet to purchase it but have seen a demonstration a couple of times -
and the ability to produce reports and use that output as a filter for
another reports criteria - looks to be good.
I'm comparing it to TS4.0 where you have limited automated search ability if
the data is not in downloader, work around it with a single stock from one
folder with the templates etc.
- but perhaps the radar screen in 2000i makes up for all that.
ie. certainly a system can give you all the filters you want but is there
now a systematic way to come up with a printout of the top ten stocks to
look at with X characteristics , the best 5 with Y characteristics.
A few clicks and done?
Perhaps these 'TS 2 DLL's 2 Excel' are a way to achieve this too where you
get to see values of indicators and rank by some criteria.
