Any Idea why 2000i or TS6 can not find the pushpop.dll

Hello omega-list,

  I can not figure out why pushpop.dll can not be found by TS6 or for
  that matter 2000i.  I have placed in every well known location and
  have adjusted the code to point to those places to no avail!!  I have
  TS on NT 4.

  DefineDLLFunc: "c:\windows\PUSHPOP2.DLL", DOUBLE, "POP", LONG, LONG, LONG;

  Does any one know what I am doing wrong?
