I believe the files to copy are:
    - MyWork;
    - Server;
    - Templates,
with Server containing your data.  Someone else in the group may have a more
thorough or indeed a more correct idea.

BTW, I've been using WinXP since July, with zero crashes, unlike my own
experience with Win2K.
