install Service Pack 5 in W200

Hi folks,

I'm trying to install Service Pack on Windows 200  and I'm some problems.

" The decompression of  %s failed. There may not be enough free disk space
available in the TEMP directory".

I have 40gb in the disk and the temp directory is empty. Anybody could do
the solution, please?
