url address for download of tick data

Hello everyone,

Last week sometime , in one of the digests, a trader
mentioned a website that had a bunch of information
where we were encouraged to upload tick data and other
useful information to help us all. Can anyone tell me
what the url was again? I lost the link...and also can
you tell me how I can find out on the site what tick
data is available? When I went to the link before I
lost it..I briefly tried looking throuh the site and I
couldn't find a list of available tick data to
download. Thanks for your help.
