I  think you're referring to Tom William's VSA (Volume Spread Analysis)
software.
At $4250.00 it is a bit expensive.  He has a web site : www.tradetowin.com.
He also wrote a book, "The Undeclared Secrets That Drive the Stock Market"
for aprox.
$105.00.  I was on his mailing list and when he offered the book for $30.00
I snapped it up.  It's very good information and has opened up my eyes to
analysing every single bar on a chart, be it 3 min, 30 min, or daily, in
terms of its tick volume, range, and close.
