It's not your system.  From all I understand BMI puts a priority on indexes,
futures and options and stocks take a lessor priority.  What this means in
practical terms is that BMI only sends about 50% (my number based on
observation) of the ticks down the 38 KBaud feed.  The pipe just overflows
and can't take anymore.  What I'm trying to get them to do is drop 50% of
the ticks on the high volume stocks and a much lower percentage on the lower
volume stocks.  These low volume stocks are the ones that really get hurt
using the 50% number.
