Win2k require that the other box have an account on the win2k box before
file access is granted. Create a user account on the win 2k machine using
the name of the win98 box as it appears in the network neighborhood (win 2k
is case sensitive so make sure you use caps and smalls where appropriate).
If you wish, you can set the level of access that you wish the win 98 box to
have. Use the "Users" icon in the control panel for this.
