Practically, they cannot be run at same time. Also, TS2000 runs poorly real
time on w98. I have had them both installed on the same NT machine before
without problems.
One thing, if you uninstall, be sure to keep all shared files -- I didn't do
that when I uninstalled 2000 and ts4 stopped working properly.
